I just came back from a seminar where the gentleman was saying the exact smae thing. Something worth adding is that real estate sales are also reflecting this trend and that soon the areas that have trains, buses and ferries will be the heaviest for new construction and resales. The slwo down in condos will experience a turn aroundn as well as long as they are by the rails, buses and ferries due to the high price in gas most now are opting for a shorter commute or using public transportation.
